25 Nov Two more end-user homes underway at Windward Isle
Seagate Development Group LLC announced construction of two more custom end-user residences is underway at Windward Isle, a gated enclave of 28 single-family luxury homes being developed by Seagate south of Orange Blossom Drive on Airport-Pulling Road in North Naples.
The new residences showcase Seagate’s Grenada and Abacos floor plans, two of the eight, one- and two-story open-concept designs by RG Designs and Weber Design Group that showcase Windward Isle’s coastal West Indies architectural style. Eight end-user residences are now under construction. Ten sales contracts have been processed and 16 home sites remain available. Three completed furnished models are open for viewing and purchase.
Windward Isle offers a low density of luxury homes with low homeowner’s association fees. The community is less than a mile from The Ritz Carlton Tiburon Golf Resort; less than three miles from Mercato; and less than four miles from Waterside Shops and The Ritz-Carlton, Naples. Artis-Naples, NCH North Naples Hospital, the Community School, Pelican Marsh Elementary School, and Barron Collier High School are nearby as are the shops and eateries at the Shops at Vanderbilt.
Created by Weber Design Group, the 4,118-square-foot under air, two-story Grenada floor plan includes a great room, dining area, kitchen, a study with a walk-in closet, the master suite, and a guest suite on the first floor. Two upstairs bedrooms and a game room offer an area for studying, entertaining, and watching television. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a covered outdoor balcony.
The plan features four full baths and one half-bath, a three-car garage, and an outdoor living area with a covered lanai and pool. A completed Grenada model is priced at $1.895 million, fully-furnished. Jinx McDonald Interior Designs’ Minka McDonald, ASID, LEED, AP and design associate Janine Blume created a relaxed, family oriented interior for the Grenada model that features a color palette focused on natural hues with a touch of zest. The flooring in the living areas features soft gray porcelain wood-look plank tile with hints of pewter and slate. The Grenada floor plan is base priced at $1.475 million.
Also designed by Weber Design Group and base priced at $1.275 million, the 3,065-square-foot single-story Abacos is an open concept great room plan that includes a wet bar, island kitchen, dining area, study, three bedrooms, three full baths, one half-bath, an outdoor living area, and a three-car garage. A furnished Abacos model is open for viewing and purchase priced at $1.695 million with furnishings. The model also features an interior by Jinx McDonald Interior Designs’ Minka McDonald, ASID, LEED AP. McDonald’s color palette incorporates warm ivories, silver, light driftwood grays, and rich charcoal gray tones. The flooring throughout the living areas is white porcelain tile with subtle gray striations.
A completed 3,074-square-foot under air Sea Breeze I furnished model is also open for viewing and purchase. Designed by Rich Guzman of RG Designs, the Sea Breeze I plan includes a gallery hallway leading from the foyer to a great room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen with a vaulted ceiling, beamed ceiling details, and windows at the top of the walls. Pocketing sliders fully open the interior space to a covered lanai, a pool, and a pavered pool deck. An optional summer kitchen is available in the outdoor living area.
The plan features a study, three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths plus an optional pool bath, and a three-car garage. The master suite includes two large walk-in closets and separate water closets. The Sea Breeze I model is priced at $1.695 million fully furnished. Jinx McDonald Interior Designs’ Minka McDonald, ASID & LEED, AP and Design Associate Janine Blume created the interior for the Sea Breeze I model. A color scheme featuring neutral gray backgrounds with cool blues, bright and soft greens, and turquoise accents sets the tone for their sophisticated yet comfortable coastal design style. Flooring throughout the living areas is wide plank hardwood in a taupe tone.

Seagate’s Pine Valley estate is open for viewing and purchase at Quail West and priced at $4.295 million with furnishings. Designed by Stofft Cooney Architects, the Pine Valley showcases an interior by Freestyle Interiors.
Seagate has started construction of its Sabbia furnished model in the Sardinia neighborhood at Miromar Lakes. Priced at $4.65 million with furnishings, the three-level, 4,782-square-foot under air Sabbia floor plan was designed by Rich Guzman at RG Designs. An additional 1,283 square feet off the ground floor’s lower foyer is designed to allow the purchaser the choice of incorporating a future recreation room, bedroom, and full bath. Freestyle Interiors’ Lead Designer Ruta Menaghlazi is creating the home’s interior design, and Outside Productions International, Inc. crafted the design for the outdoor living area, an elevated pool and spa, and landscaping. Seagate expects construction of the Sabbia model to be completed in summer 2018.
Seagate has started construction of its two-story, four-bedroom plus den, 4.5 bath furnished Captiva model at Hill Tide Estates, a 9.98-acre gated enclave on the southern tip of Boca Grande. The Captiva floor plan includes 4,865 square feet under air and a total of 11,184 square feet under roof. Freestyle Interiors’ Lead Designer Ruta Menaghlazi is creating the home’s interior, and Outside Productions, Inc. is designing the outdoor living area, pool and spa, and landscaping. Construction of the Captiva model is expected to be completed in fall 2018.
