Seagate finalizes sale of Grenada model at Windward Isle

Seagate Development Group has finalized the sale of its furnished Grenada model at Windward Isle, a gated enclave of 28 single-family luxury homes being developed by Seagate, south of Orange Blossom Drive on Airport-Pulling Road in North Naples.

Created by Weber Design Group, the 4,118-square-foot, two-story Grenada open-concept floor plan includes a great room, dining area and kitchen, as well as a study with a walk-in closet, master suite, and a guest suite on the first floor. Two upstairs bedrooms and a game room offer an area for studying, entertaining, and watching television. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a covered outdoor balcony. The plan features four-and-one-half-baths, a three-car garage, and an outdoor living area with a covered lanai and pool. The Grenada floor plan is base priced at $1.475 million.

Windward Isle offers a low density of luxury homes with low homeowner’s association fees. The community is less than a mile from The Ritz-Carlton Tiburon Golf Resort; less than three miles from Mercato; and less than four miles from Waterside Shops and The Ritz-Carlton, Naples.

Seagate’s Windward Isle offering features eight, one- and two-story open-concept designs by RG Designs and Weber Design Group that showcase the community’s coastal West Indies architectural style. Two completed furnished models and 16 home sites remain available for purchase.

Designed by Weber Design Group and base priced at $1.275 million, the 3,065-square-foot single-story Abacos plan offers elegance and livability. The open concept great room plan includes a wet bar, island kitchen, dining area, study, three bedrooms, three-and-one half-baths, an outdoor living area, and a three-car garage.

The furnished Abacos model is open for viewing and purchase priced at $1.745 million with furnishings. The model features an interior by Jinx McDonald Interior Designs’ Minka McDonald, ASID, LEED AP.  McDonald’s color palette incorporates warm ivories, silver, light driftwood grays, and rich charcoal gray tones.  The flooring throughout the living areas is white porcelain tile with subtle gray striations.

The completed, 3,074-square-foot under air Sea Breeze I furnished model was designed by Rich Guzman at RG Designs. The Sea Breeze I plan includes a gallery hallway leading from the foyer to an expansive great room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen with a vaulted ceiling, beamed ceiling details, and windows located at the top of the walls. Pocketing sliders fully open the interior space to a covered lanai, a pool, and a pavered pool deck. An optional summer kitchen is available in the outdoor living area.

The plan features a study, three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths plus an optional pool bath, and a three-car garage. The master suite includes two walk-in closets and separate water closets. The Sea Breeze I model is priced at $1.695 million fully furnished. Jinx McDonald Interior Designs’ Minka McDonald, ASID & LEED, AP and Design Associate Janine Blume created the interior for the Sea Breeze I model. A color scheme featuring neutral conservative gray backgrounds with cool blues, bright and soft greens, and turquoise accents sets the tone for their sophisticated yet comfortable coastal design style. Flooring throughout the living areas is wide plank hardwood in a taupe tone.

Standard features at Windward Isle include a 400-square-foot swimming pool with a brick-paver deck and tropical landscaping. With pools among the standard features, there is no community pool, fitness center or clubhouse at Windward Isle.

In addition to developing the Windward Isle community, Seagate Development Group LLC is a preferred builder at Quail West and Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club. The firm is also developing Hill Tide Estates, a 9.98-acre gated enclave on the southern tip of Boca Grande.

Acknowledged as one of Quail West’s leading preferred builders of grand estate residences, Seagate sold its Calusa and Oakmont furnished estate models in 2017.  A third estate model, the Pine Valley, is under contract. A new grand estate furnished model to be built by Seagate at Quail West is in development and will be announced soon.

Seagate is building luxury residences in Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club’s Salerno 2 and Sardinia neighborhoods. Four floor plans are available in Salerno 2. Designed by RG Designs, the open-concept plans range from 3,150 to 4,228 square feet under air.

A furnished model showcasing the Tortola plan is under construction and on schedule for completion later this month. Priced at $2.595 million with furnishings, the Tortola model’s Hamptons beach house inspired architectural style designed by RG Designs offers an open-concept floor plan with 3,892 square feet under air and an additional 1,058 square feet of outdoor living space.

Seagate is also building its Sabbia furnished model in the Sardinia neighborhood at Miromar Lakes. Situated on a lakefront site that offers long range water views and priced at $4.65 million with furnishings, the Sabbia is part of Seagate’s Beach Collection in Sardinia. The three-level, 4,782-square-foot under air floor plan is one of two floor plan choices designed by RG Designs currently available in Sardinia.

Seagate is also developing Hill Tide Estates, a 9.98-acre gated enclave on the southern tip of Boca Grande. Just 12 home sites priced starting in the $2 millions remain available. Nine floor plan choices, ranging from 3,004 to over 5,000 square feet under air, are included in the Hill Tide Estates offering. The floor plans were designed by RG Designs. A furnished model showcasing the Captive plan is under construction and on schedule for completion in fall. The furnished model is priced at $5.995 million.
