Seagate Development Group LLC ‘s new 3,074-square-foot under air Sea Breeze I furnished model is now open for viewing and purchase at Windward Isle, a gated enclave of 28 single-family luxury homes being developed by Seagate south of Orange Blossom Drive on Airport-Pulling Road in North Naples. The Sea Breeze I is one of eight one- and two-story open-concept designs by RG Designs and Weber Design Group that showcase a coastal West Indies architectural style.

A 3,065-square-foot furnished Abacos model is also open for viewing and purchase and a furnished 4,118-square-foot, two-story Grenada model is under construction and scheduled for completion in October. Seagate will also build fully customized residences designed for construction on Windward Isle’s home sites. Three end-user residences are under construction. Eighteen home sites are available. Windward Isle offers a low density of luxury custom homes with low homeowner’s association fees

Designed by Rich Guzman at RG Designs, the Sea Breeze I floor plan includes a gallery hallway leading from the foyer to a great room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen with a vaulted ceiling, beamed ceiling details, and windows at the top of the walls. Pocketing sliders fully open the interior space to a covered lanai, pool and pavered pool deck. An optional summer kitchen is available in the outdoor living area. The plan features a study, three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths plus an optional pool bath, and a three-car garage. The master suite includes two large walk-in closets and separate water closets. The Sea Breeze I model is priced at $1.649 million, fully furnished.

Jinx McDonald Interior Designs’ Minka McDonald, ASID, LEED, AP and design associate Janine Blume created the interior for the Sea Breeze I model. The color scheme features neutral gray backgrounds with cool blues, bright and soft greens, and turquoise accents. Flooring throughout the living areas is wide plank hardwood in a taupe tone. Visitors are greeted in a foyer and long gallery hallway with white tongue-and-groove ceiling details and a series of three glass lanterns with chrome accents. The foyer features a photograph by a local photographer that provided the inspiration for the interior design. Just off the foyer, the study includes wall treatments featuring a white chair rail with green and taupe grasscloth below and a Sherwood green painted surface above. A dark gray writing desk includes filing cabinets and a storage space with a louvered door. Behind desk, two étagères in the same gray finish accommodate accessories. A window seat is finished with a seat cushion.

The great room presents a pocketing slider that opens to the outdoor living area. An entertainment console finished with a dark stained frame and white doors is set on the feature wall and includes sculptural glass pieces in subtle blue and turquoise coastal tones. Furnishings include a large sectional in a solid aqua woven fabric accented by pillows with an aqua, apple green and white print, two lounge chairs with java toned frames and subtle soft green fabric, a large white leather ottoman, a 76-inch long sofa console with a java finish, and two rectangular end tables flanking the sectional.

The dining area’s trestle-style dining table features a zinc metal top and is surrounded by host and hostess chairs with a sweeping side arm and four side chairs, all finished with a striped fabric on the back and an aqua Sunbrella fabric on the inside. In the kitchen, the island’s base cabinet and the perimeter cabinetry are in white and play against quartz counter surfaces with a marble look that includes caramel, taupe, and gray tones. A subway tile backsplash features a subtle gray crackle finish. The island is illuminated by a three-head textured glass pendant fixture with a chrome finish. Four counter stools have a white finish with a printed floral fabric.

The color scheme in the master bedroom is misty gray and blue/green. A headboard with clipped corners and an arched top is accented with chrome nail heads. A chenille storage bench is at the foot of the bed. Flanking the bed is a pair of mirrored nightstands. On the opposite wall, a mirrored dresser is flanked by two large mirrors. In the master bath, the flooring transitions to a Calcutta style porcelain tile with gray veining that complements the room’s conservative gray wall tones. A geometric honeycomb shaped floor inset is also in the warm gray tone and mimics a pop-up ceiling detail. The same pattern is used on the shower floor and plays against soft gray glazed tile walls. White cabinetry topped by soft gray quartz counters and a chrome chandelier with glass accents contribute to the room’s soothing ambiance.

A media console with a white finish anchors the lanai’s conversation area that includes a solid teal sofa. The outdoor kitchen features silver birch cabinetry and a Dekton counter surface with gray veining. A rectangular white table provides a gathering place and is surrounded by host and hostess swivel chairs with a striped green fabric and four side chairs. A pool bath features a pebble floor in ivory, pewter and slate tones.

Designed by Weber Design Group and base priced at $1.275 million, the single-story Abacos plan offers elegance and livability. The open concept great room plan includes a wet bar, island kitchen, dining area, study, three bedrooms, three full baths and one half-bath, an outdoor living area, and a three-car garage. The furnished Abacos model also features an interior by Minka McDonald. Her color palette incorporates warm ivories, silver, light driftwood grays, and charcoal gray tones. Additional accent layers of green-blue add color. The flooring throughout the living areas is white porcelain tile with subtle gray striations.

The Grenada model’s open-concept floor plan includes a great room, dining area, and kitchen, a study with a walk-in closet, master suite and a guest suite on the first floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a game room. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a covered outdoor balcony. The plan features four full baths and one half-bath, a three-car garage, and an outdoor living area with a covered lanai and pool. McDonald and Janine Blume created a relaxed, family oriented interior for the new Grenada model that is priced at $1.875 million fully furnished.
