Created by Weber Design Group, the two-story Grenada open-concept floor plan includes a great room, dining area and kitchen, as well as a study with a walk-in closet, master suite, and a guest suite on the first floor. Two upstairs bedrooms and a game room offer an area for studying, entertaining, and watching television. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a covered outdoor balcony. The plan features four full baths and one half-bath, a three-car garage, and an outdoor living area with a covered lanai and pool. The Grenada model is priced at $1.895 million fully-furnished. The Grenada floor plan is base priced at $1.475 million.
Jinx McDonald Interior Designs’ Minka McDonald, ASID, LEED, AP and Design Associate Janine Blume created a relaxed, family oriented interior for the Grenada model that features a color palette focused on natural hues with a touch of zest. The flooring in the living areas features soft gray porcelain wood-look plank tile. In the foyer, an art piece is hung above a driftwood finished chest with antique mirror doors. A pop-up ceiling is finished with white tongue-in-groove and a candelabra style chandelier with a chrome finish.
A free-floating gray writing desk is displayed in the center of the study and accompanied by a swivel desk chair. A gray stone finished secretary-style hutch behind the desk provides storage and an additional work surface. Three of the walls feature chair rails.
The great room’s feature wall is anchored by a two-tone media console with a television mounted above the console and art pieces placed on either side. Furnishings include a soft gray-toned sofa in a chenille fabric. Graphite finished end tables flank the sofa. Matching lounge chairs feature a gray geometric fabric and frames. A 54-inch circular glass-topped cocktail set on a large area rug anchors the furniture grouping. White crisscrossed beamed ceiling details form four sections filled with tongue-in-groove. The finish of an 82-inch rectangular dining table matches the graphite tone of the end tables in the great room.
An island with a cool gray base and a quartz counter surface provides a gathering place in the kitchen. Three driftwood counter stools provide seating. The perimeter cabinetry is in a heavy soft white with chrome pulls on all of the doors and drawers and topped by quartz counter tops. A backsplash is finished in a sparkly crackled glass.
McDonald and Blume have created a tranquil ambiance in the master bedroom with a color palette featuring soft sea foam, slate grays and ivory tones and soft ivory carpeting. A king-sized bed is upholstered with a glazed sateen woven fabric. Soft heather gray nightstands with chrome accents flank the bed. The nine-drawer dresser is finished in the same color family. The flooring in the master bath transitions to a honed marble type porcelain tile in cream, ivory, and subtle gray tones. Gray cabinetry and Calcutta quartz counter tops provide a beautiful combination for the vanities. The shower walls feature a polished version of the room’s porcelain tile flooring.
The upstairs game room is finished with walls in a green/blue tone with a television for playing video games or watching movies. The room’s furnishings include a woven slate blue sectional sofa with toss pillows. A storage ottoman in front of the sectional is presented in the same fabric as the toss pillows. Behind the sectional, a two-drawer sofa console is finished in a frost white. Two white painted writing desks with chairs in an aqua, sea foam, and royal blue medallion fabric serve as work stations and are separated by a bookcase.
The covered lanai off the great room features a driftwood stained tongue-in-groove ceiling. A driftwood finished sectional sofa includes mineral blue fabric with toss pillows and is adjacent to a traditional looking fireplace with an art piece. A cocktail table features an espresso dark rum finish. The outdoor bar showcases silver birch cabinetry and a Decoran counter top. An espresso finished 50-inch dining table includes five armchairs with an aqua green stripe on the seat cushion. The summer kitchen features a textured glass backsplash. A pool bath is equipped with a pedestal sink and features a tile floor in a rustic gray and taupe finish to correlate with the main paver floor on the lanai.
Designed by RG Designs, the Sea Breeze I plan includes a gallery hallway leading from the foyer to a great room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen with a vaulted ceiling, beamed ceiling details, and windows at the top of the walls. Pocketing sliders open to a covered lanai, pool, and pavered pool deck. An optional summer kitchen is available in the outdoor living area. The plan features a study, three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths plus an optional pool bath, and a three-car garage. The master suite includes two walk-in closets and separate water closets. The Sea Breeze I model is priced at $1.695 million fully furnished. Jinx McDonald Interior Designs’ Minka McDonald, ASID, LEED, AP and Design Associate Janine Blume also created the interior for the Sea Breeze I.
