Cayman II end-user home underway at Windward Isle

Seagate Development Group LLC has started construction of a customized Cayman II end-user residence at Windward Isle, a gated enclave of 28 single-family luxury homes being developed by Seagate south of Orange Blossom Drive on Airport-Pulling Road in North Naples.

The 2,685-square-foot single-story Cayman II floor plan features three bedrooms plus a study, three full baths, a great room, dining area and island kitchen, a lanai with a fireplace, outdoor kitchen, a pool with a sun shelf and spa, and a two-car garage. The Cayman II is one of eight, one- and two-story open-concept designs that showcase a coastal West Indies architectural style. Seagate will also build fully customized residences designed for construction on Windward Isle’s home sites.

The Cayman II start continues a surge in activity at Windward Isle that reflects the appeal of its location and floor plan choices. Six closed sales and three reservations have been processed to date. Three residents have moved into their completed residences. Two end-user residences are under construction and a third is poised to start. Two new furnished models are also under construction.

The Sea Breeze I model is scheduled for completion by Aug. 1 and the two-story Grenada model is expected to be completed by Sept. 15. A furnished Abacos model is open for viewing and purchase priced at $1.695 million, with furnishings.

Designed by Weber Design Group and base priced at $1.275 million, the 3,065-square-foot single-story Abacos plan offers a combination of elegance and livability. The open concept great room plan includes a wet bar, island kitchen, dining area, study, three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, an outdoor living area, and a three-car garage.

The furnished Abacos model features an interior by Jinx McDonald Interior Designs’ Minka McDonald, ASID, LEED AP. McDonald’s color palette incorporates ivories, silver, light driftwood grays, and charcoal gray tones. Additional accent layers of green-blue add color. The flooring throughout the living areas is white porcelain tile with subtle gray striations.

The 3,074-square-foot under air Sea Breeze I floor plan I by Rich Guzman at RG Designs reflects Seagate’s commitment to building luxury residences with an exceptional level of livability. The plan includes an elegant gallery hallway leading from the foyer to a great room, dining area and gourmet kitchen with a vaulted painted tongue-in-groove ceiling that will soar to 18 feet at its peak. A single ceiling beam detail, that will carry through the living space to the outdoor living area and the windows at the top of the walls, will provide additional architectural interest. Pocketing sliders will fully open the interior space to a covered lanai, a pool, and a pavered pool deck. An optional summer kitchen and optional fireplace will be included in the model’s outdoor living area.

The plan features a study, three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths plus an optional pool bath, and a three-car garage. The master suite includes two large walk-in closets and separate water closets. The Sea Breeze I model is priced at $1.649 million fully furnished and features an interior by Jinx McDonald Interior Designs. The Sea Breeze I floor plan is base priced at $1.295 million.

The interior for the Sea Breeze I will convey a sophisticated, clean-lined Hampton’s style. The clean, coastal look will present an elegant yet casual and comfortable ambiance with a bit of a West Indies influence. Neutral light linen background tones will be accented with pops of color to compliment the home’s white oak wood flooring. Preliminary plans include the use of bead board details that will contribute to the coastal setting. As planned, the light-toned kitchen cabinetry will be presented in a variation of white or gray and provide a background for granite counter tops.

Created by Weber Design Group, the 4,118-square-foot, two-story Grenada open-concept floor plan includes a great room, dining area and kitchen, as well as a study with a walk-in closet, master suite and a guest suite on the first floor. Two upstairs bedrooms and a game room offer an area for studying, entertaining, and watching television. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a covered outdoor balcony. The plan features 4.5 baths, a three-car garage, and an outdoor living area with a covered lanai and pool. The Grenada model is priced at $1.875 million fully furnished. McDonald will also create the interior for the new Grenada residence. The Grenada floor plan is base priced at $1.475 million.

Jinx McDonald Interior Designs’ Minka McDonald, ASID & LEED, AP and design associate Janine Blume created a relaxed, family oriented interior for the new Grenada model. They selected a color palette focused on natural hues with a touch of zest for the Grenada. The exterior will feature soft gray March wind walls, blue/gray shutters, and a slate toned metal roof. Inside, gray-toned backgrounds will be accented with sea foam and slate blue. Soft gray porcelain wood-look plank tile with hints of pewter and slate will be used for the flooring in the living areas.

Windward Isle’s residents enjoy living close to North Naples’ heralded attractions. The community is less than a mile from The Ritz-Carlton Tiburon Golf Resort; less than three miles from the dining, shopping, and entertainment venues at Mercato; and less than four miles from Waterside Shops and The Ritz-Carlton Beach Resort. Artis-Naples, NCH North Naples hospital, the Community School, Pelican Marsh Elementary School, and Barron Collier High School are also close by, as are the shops and eateries at the Shops at Vanderbilt at the corner of Vanderbilt Beach Road and Airport-Pulling.

Standard features at Windward Isle include a 400-square-foot swimming pool with a brick-paver deck and tropical landscaping. With pools among the standard features, there is no community pool, fitness center or clubhouse at Windward Isle. Homeowners benefit from significantly lower association fees.
